About The Role The Customer Retention Team for Revolut Business plays a crucial role in the growth of our business and the experience of our customers. This team works directly with our top business customers to identify areas of opportunity, educate on product, and problem solve. This is a new and growing team who will collaborate closely with our product team by providing customer insights to help shape our future offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Ensuring the success of our top customers by diving deep into challenges or requests they may have in order to get the most out of Revolut Business
  • Developing expertise in our product and processes plus use strong communication skills in order to provide actionable solutions to our customers
  • Reporting back on key findings, working with your manager and leadership to help paint a more holistic view of the health of our customers

What You'll Need

  • A curious mind in order to assess accounts
  • A proactive approach in solving challenges
  • Proven sales and relationship skills, as this role is a hybrid of sales and account management

Nice to have

  • A good understanding of Revolut Business, our customer types and uses
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to set you on a strong course
