Software Program Manager - Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate tasks and allocate resources within the Software R&D team
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely execution of activities
• Track resource allocation and identify idle capacity
• Align with team leaders on task assignment and priorities
• Ensure consistency between planned activities and budget constraints
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and promote agile practices across the team

Your Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering
• Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally within a tech engineering company
• Strong embedded SW backgrounds
• Strong planning and task management capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus
• Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage
