Start Date: August / December 2025

About Hubbers

Hubbers is a global innovation ecosystem where creators, experts, and dreamers come together to shape sustainable futures. Our work, rooted in the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals, includes AI-powered SaaS tools, communities, events, and collaborative brands. We believe real change happens when communities drive innovation. At Hubbers, we co-create rather than just hire.

About the Role

We seek part-time collaborators to apply human-centered design thinking to real-world challenges. As an SDG Innovation Coordinator, you will uncover user insights, reframe problems, and prototype impact-driven solutions benefiting people and the planet. This role is part of a larger vision to build a decentralized, community-powered ecosystem aligned with SDGs, including digital products, AI tools, and collaborative brands managed under a DAO model.

You will work at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and regenerative innovation, shaping tools, brands, and processes for this new economy. Many collaborators start with an exploration of our culture, tools, and community practices, often through our Impact Generator School (IGS) to build a foundation for purpose-driven work. Experience is a plus, but openness to learn and grow is essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to developing in-house collaborative brands and community projects
  • Manage or lead design contests to crowdsource ideas for product development
  • Lead innovation projects, from understanding client needs to delivering outcomes
  • Support brand storytelling, product design, and creative strategies
  • Translate insights into SDG-aligned interventions
  • Apply design thinking from research to prototyping and testing

Who You Are

  • A natural problem solver with creative and strategic skills
  • Curious, open-minded, passionate about sustainability
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, experimentation, and iteration
  • Collaborative and interdisciplinary
  • Familiar with tools like Figma, Miro, Canva, Slack, or eager to learn
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus

Why Hubbers?

  • Join a global inclusive innovation movement
  • Access practical learning, tools, and networks
  • Help shape community-led brands
  • Collaborate with an international team of creatives and changemakers
  • Participate in growth-oriented projects and programs

This role offers flexibility, with 5-10 hours per week, project-based compensation, and opportunities for deeper engagement as your contributions grow. It’s an evolving journey driven by shared purpose and impact. If you’re committed to co-creating meaningful change, we look forward to building something extraordinary together.
