Join Club Esse Hotels & Resorts as a Maitre per Resorts Sardegna e Calabria. We look for experienced Maitre di sala to work in our resort locations in Sardinia and Calabria during summer 2026.
Responsibilities
Ensure quality of service in the dining room following company procedures and standards, proposing innovations.
Welcome guests and monitor their satisfaction.
Manage and supervise the efficient operation of the department, ensuring all staff adhere to behavioral rules.
Organise daily work, assigning tasks to brigade members.
Oversee room and buffet set‑up in accordance with chef and corporate F&B guidelines.
Assign tables, supervise mise en place, and accompany guests.
Monitor food storage, ensuring proper storage and labeling.
Coordinate and motivate the dining room crew, ensuring a safe, inclusive work environment.
Maintain work environment, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in Resort and tourist villages with buffet service.
Good knowledge of English and another foreign language.
Knowledge of HACCP self‑control regulations.
Detailed knowledge of allergen table and cross‑contamination.
Strong leadership and problem‑solving mindset.
