We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Quality Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in measurement systems, process controls, and problem‑solving techniques. This role will be responsible for optimizing quality processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance of products with required standards.

What you could expect as a Quality Process Engineer:

  • Design, implement, and optimize quality processes
  • Use Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve quality
  • Solve complex problems using methodologies such as 8D, A3, and other problem‑solving techniques
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes and resolve issues
  • Interpret and use technical drawings to ensure correct implementation of quality processes
  • Conduct measurement analyses and use measurement tools to ensure process accuracy
  • Develop and maintain QA documentation, inspection plans, and standards
  • Generate final reports and historical data packages
  • Participate in cost‑reduction initiatives through Kaizen events and support Six Sigma projects
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 requirements

What we expect from you as a Quality Process Engineer:

  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • In‑depth knowledge of measurement systems and process controls
  • Experience with problem‑solving techniques (8D, A3, etc.)
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from different departments
  • Excellent knowledge of technical drawings and ability to interpret them correctly
  • Strong communication and time‑management skills
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and VDA 6.3, VDA 19 standards
  • Willingness to work in shifts (morning & evening)
  • English language proficiency (preferred)
