The Job
- Support your colleagues to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a handcrafted experience.
- Create long-term, authentic bonds with colleagues by fostering growth, listening with respect and inclusion.
- Act as a liaison on the sales floor between colleagues and the store manager to drive and achieve team objectives.
- Mentor the team by proactively sharing insights and experiences about the client experience, with in-depth knowledge of luxury clients' desires and needs.
- Communicate and tell stories with conviction, mastering the ability to listen and ask the right questions.
- Prioritize employee and client relationships, empowering team members with autonomy to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm.
- Think innovatively about new ways to create value and magic for clients.
Mission Details
- Support the Store Manager in driving store strategy to achieve sales performance and create a handcrafted 360° client experience.
- Contribute to developing and implementing business action plans to enhance sales across product categories and client segments.
- Provide excellent, specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.
- Role model best-in-class sales and self-leadership by actively participating within the team and proactively solving problems.
- Engage with the wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to foster an energetic, innovative, and approachable environment.
