SKF has been around for more than a century and today we are one of the world’s largest global suppliers of bearings and supporting solutions for rotating equipment. Our products can be found everywhere in society, making us an essential part of everyday life for people and companies worldwide.
In September of 2024, SKF announced the separation of its Automotive business, with the objective of building two world‑leading businesses. The role you are applying for will be part of the automotive business. This means you will have the opportunity to be a part of shaping a new company aimed at meeting the needs of the transforming global automotive market.
Would you like to join us in shaping the future of motion? We are now looking for a Digital Service Manager – Infrastructure Security.
Do you want to manage Security Services closely connected to infrastructure platforms? This is your opportunity to manage the full lifecycle of these services, delivering standardized, end‑to‑end solutions that are reliable, secure, and user‑friendly. Your work will directly contribute to the overall Automotive Security ecosystem, enabling the business to operate safely.
In this role, you will develop within areas such as secure access (remote, private, internet), external/cloud firewalls, and certificates, services you will be responsible for. You will collaborate closely with the Automotive IT Security team, applying their directives and guidelines in your daily work.
You will also gain experience in managing supplier contracts, including service execution and financial control, ensuring consistent delivery. Together with the Infrastructure platform service owners, Security team and Architects, you will continuously improve the standard while optimizing operational stability and cost.
In summary, you will manage the Service and oversee the progression of this area. This is a practical role focused on delivering results and ensuring progress for the Service. While you will guide and coordinate work across teams, the position does not include direct personnel management or team development responsibilities.
SKF is committed to creating a diverse environment, and we firmly believe that a diverse workforce is essential for our continued success. Therefore, we only focus on your experience, skills, and potential. Come as you are – just be yourself. #weareSKF.
