We are currently hiring a talented individual to join our team. In this on-site role, you will provide essential support to our Sales Manager, the senior leadership team, and our international business units. You will have a blend of responsibilities.

What you will do as a Proposal Engineer:

• Prepare proposal documentation, including drawings, specifications, calculations, and cost estimates. Create drawings as needed.
• Conduct cost estimates and technical feasibility checks.
• Analyze competitor bids.
• Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Collaborate with various offices.
• Interface with the customer.
• Manage general office activities (document verification, supplier offers, etc.).

• Evaluate technical and commercial requirements, collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information and develop solutions that meet customer needs while adhering to time and cost constraints.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Adaptability and flexibility to changing business priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or related technical fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Proposal Engineer; prior in-house and international experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe.
• Proficiency in the local language and English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience in water treatment or plant engineering sectors is advantageous but not mandatory.
