This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson at Moldex3D ITALIA. The role is based in Lecco, with flexibility for remote work. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing and delivering product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Materials or Mechanics, or related fields
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales‑related software
  • Knowledge of technical and engineering concepts, especially within the manufacturing or simulation software in plastic industries
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
