What you will do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Perform troubleshooting.
  • Call collect and analyze customer feedback.
  • Escalate cases when necessary and follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
  • Show empathy and professionalism in every interaction whether written or verbal.
  • Manage customers and support them with a premium experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases quickly and efficiently.
  • Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.

What you will bring

  • Excellent Italian language skills.
  • Very good English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service ideally in a premium or luxury brand.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive cases.
  • Good computer literacy.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
