Key Account Professional - Business Developer

Join Gruppo Acinque as a Key Account Professional - Business Developer to contribute to the ecological and energetic transition in Italy.

Position

The role is based in Monza and reports directly to the Head of the Energy Efficiency Area. The main responsibility is to develop and execute commercial policies for Acinque Innovazione, the group’s ESCo, in the areas of Heat Management, Plant Operation and Micro‑cogeneration. The candidate will acquire new service and works contracts for heating, plant operation and refurbishment across the relevant territories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Increase Acinque Innovazione’s market penetration in the residential sector for heating management and energy efficiency services, positioning the company as the leading player in the referenced territories.
  • Identify opportunities that align with the strategic objectives of Acinque Innovazione.
  • Develop commercial relationships with first‑level stakeholders and, when appropriate, real‑estate aggregators such as property managers, large real‑estate administration studies, engineers and projectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to analyze the target market and cross‑sell and up‑sell offers to the existing portfolio.
  • Collect and analyze client needs to provide flexible and personalized support and define the best commercial solutions.
  • Provide regular market and competitive feedback to improve the product portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with key customers to guarantee their loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, technical or managerial fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Specific knowledge of the market, commercial and service‑product implementation, contractual aspects, and participation in tenders.
  • Negotiation techniques and experience.
  • At least five years of commercial experience in the residential or related market.
  • English language competence.
  • Strong interest and motivation to enter the energy efficiency sector within a strongly structured and evolving company.

Additional Information

Workplace: Monza. Availability for travel to other Lombardy sites is required.

Working hours: Full time, 38.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday with flexible hours.
