Your mission :
You will be in charge of the department dedicated mainly to the Southern European markets, such as Spain, Portugal and Italy. You will lead the department composed by Wealth Manager and Client Support Officer and you will deploy a commercial strategy to support the development of this different markets.
On a short term view, you will be fully involved by shaping the organisation of the future department and maintaining our customer loyalty .

Master degree in Economics, Finance Law
11 ans et plus
Minimum 10 years’ of experience in a relevant or similar position with excellent knowledge of Italian, Portuguese and Spanish markets as well as the legal / compliance environment of those markets.
Proven track record in servicing a book of UHNWI clients and in acquisition of new clients across European markets.
You demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and you want to be part of our project of development.
You are able to collaborate with different local functions and within the Indosuez or Credit Agricole Group in order to develop a multibooking approach for our client.
You will be a source of proposals and you will provide strong recommendations for the commercial strategy of the bank.
You are a natural communicator, focused on clients, driven by results with a strong willingness to meet client’s satisfaction.
You are highly skilled in the areas of compliance and risk management. In terms of your commercial approach, you have demonstrated a thorough understanding of the product range and an ability to handle complex projects for major clients.
Experience in management of a large multicultural team with different level of seniority will be considered as a strong asset.
English fluently, Italian and / or Portuguese and / or Spanish. French considered as an asset
