Job Overview

The Administrative Manager is the key figure for controlling and planning the company's financial resources, preparing financial statements, and overseeing tax, accounting, and reporting activities. They will play a crucial role in business decision‑making, managing the budget, cash flow, and daily operations.

Role and Responsibilities

The Administration Manager will be responsible for managing and developing all administrative and management activities within the company, starting from scratch and building an administrative team. Their main responsibilities will include :

  • Business Management Implementation
  • Coordination and supervision of accounting and tax activities, ensuring proper recording of transactions and compliance with fiscal and corporate regulations.
  • Management of administrative documentation, including contracts, invoices, financial statements, and reports.
  • General Accounting (recording of accounts receivable from domestic and international clients, recording of accounts payable invoices with corresponding supplier order checks), bank reconciliations, cash management.
  • Support in preparing adjusting entries for the preparation of periodic reporting, including managing closures and balancing accounts for both financial and managerial accounting.
  • Creation and implementation of standardized administrative and management procedures to support the company's growth.
  • Collaboration with management for financial planning and cash flow management, including the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Supervision and management of company logistics, including orders and material purchases.
  • Management of reporting activities and communication with international partners.

Requirements

  • Degree in Management Engineering, Administration and Finance, Economics, Law, or similar fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in administrative and managerial roles, preferably in medium‑to‑large companies or in an international setting.
  • Excellent proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency with computer tools, particularly Excel and accounting management software.
  • Autonomy and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Flexibility, dynamism, and the ability to adapt to a constantly evolving work environment.
