As a Supply & Demand Planner, you will join our talented Onitsuka Tiger team as the primary contact for demand planning and supply planning needs. You will develop, deliver, and report on detailed demand plans that balance customer satisfaction with our global strategy. A team player with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with diverse colleagues to build consensus on plans that consider budget, product, and factory constraints, maximizing positive outcomes for stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

A seasoned supply chain expert with strong forecasting skills to prepare us for any eventuality, while maintaining a focus on the business bottom line.

Based in Milan and reporting to the Merchandising Manager, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing demand forecasts and managing the planning calendar with relevant departments.
2. Interacting with buying, sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand forecast drivers.
3. Reviewing historical sales trends to prepare forecasts and evaluate future results.
4. Translating demand plans into effective supply plans.
5. Maintaining regular communication with our global head office and support teams.
6. Supporting additional tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience in the retail industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with supply chain and sales processes.
• Proficiency in forecasting and understanding its financial implications.
• Strong analytical, planning, and inventory management skills.
• Knowledge of SAP / FMS, A3, Informatica, Qlik Sense, APL Logistics is preferred.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel.
