Infrastructure Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead IT evolution, consolidation, and governance for an international industrial group. You will manage infrastructure, network, and security operations, supporting local and global teams, and driving initiatives to strengthen operational autonomy and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure (AD/Entra ID, M365, Intune, MDE), network (Meraki, VPN, segmentation) and security (SIEM/SOC, backup/DR).
• Lead site rollouts, cutovers, and hypercare; coordinate vendors and internal teams.
• Implement ITSM processes and FinOps best practices.

Requirements

• 8–12 years in global infrastructure roles, ideally in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Hands‑on experience with AD/Entra ID, M365, Meraki, Azure/co‑lo, backup/DR, ITSM, SIEM/SOC.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Very good knowledge of English.
