Fullstack Software Engineer (EU - Remote)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer in the European Union.

In this role, you will work across both backend and frontend systems to build and scale a no-code automation platform designed for healthcare organizations. You will architect and develop core components, deliver end-to-end features, and contribute to integrations with third-party APIs. The position offers autonomy, ownership, and the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while maintaining HIPAA-compliant, high-performance systems. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to transform complex requirements into smooth, user-friendly solutions, directly impacting healthcare workflow efficiency. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will be central to the company’s growth and innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Architect and evolve core platform systems including workflow runtime engine, AI Copilot, and APIs
  • Develop end-to-end fullstack features, connecting frontend UI with backend services
  • Enhance automation capabilities and improve workflow execution performance
  • Contribute to SDK and CLI tools for building secure, high-performance integrations
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and HIPAA compliance across backend and frontend components
  • Collaborate with designers and customer-facing teams to deliver clean, user-friendly solutions
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, monitoring, and maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements

  • Proven coding experience in modern programming languages; TypeScript preferred but adaptable
  • Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: testing, fault tolerance, scalability, and version control
  • Hands-on experience building, debugging, and maintaining production-level frontend and backend systems
  • End-to-end project ownership experience, capable of taking features from idea to production independently
  • Passion for mission-driven work, particularly in healthcare technology
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tooling
