The Opportunity The Quality and Safety Officer reports to the Quality and Safety Manager, who is responsible for leading and coordinating the integrated Quality and Safety Management Systems across the organization, with a strong focus on employee health and safety and company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Quality System Management The Officer oversees the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) ensuring cross-departmental integration.
The Officer supervises internal audits, non-conformity management, and corrective / preventive actions, ensuring alignment with company standards and customer requirements.
Health and Safety The Officer ensures compliance with current health and safety laws and regulations, identifies risks, proposes preventive and corrective measures, and promotes awareness and training initiatives.
Continuous Improvement The Officer leads continuous improvement projects by analyzing data and KPIs, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing innovative solutions.
Training and Organization
Reporting and Communication The Officer assists the Q&S Manager to prepare periodic reports for senior management, providing detailed analysis and strategic proposals.
Cross-Functional Projects The Officer supports the Q&S Manager in managing specific projects related to quality and safety, acting as a technical and operational reference point.
Organizational Relationships The Officer works cross-functionally with all company departments, in particular with the HR department, acting as a facilitator and coordinator for quality and safety matters. Office based.
