Junior Process Technologist - Balvano Plant
About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Process Technologist to join our Process Technology team based in Balvano (PZ). The candidate will report to the Senior Technologist and support the team in managing and optimizing process parameters to ensure effective product realization and continuous improvement of our production technology.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize process parameters to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
- Actively participate in troubleshooting and provide technical support during process deviations.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams on site, help document best practices and implement improvements aligned with internal standards.
- Conduct tests and validation procedures for new technologies, ensuring they align with quality and safety standards.
- Conduct tests and validations for adjustments to current processes, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production workflows, contributing to sustainability and overall efficiency of plant operations.
About You
You will bring your Master's Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering or similar field and desire to start a brilliant career in the food industry sector! Your proficiency in English at a professional level and solid knowledge of Italian language combined with excellent problem‑solving skills and aptitude for collaboration will be key to perform in this role.
