Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide the overall framework and boundaries within which a technical solution can reside, including appropriate tools and platforms based on TDB and our technology strategy (including SaaS).
• Offer a clear vision for platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost, and viability.
• Maintain proper framework documentation and architecture catalogues, ensuring their accuracy.
• Define high-level tech strategies, including vision and roadmaps (6, 12, and 18 months), aligning with the Tech community.
• Drive architectural initiatives via enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in their analysis.
• Maintain an enterprise-level architectural risk and opportunities log.
• Document the Tech Strategy, including high-level targets at the domain level.
• Engage with the business community on program discoveries and act as SME for cross-business process implementations.
• Participate in high-level design reviews to ensure platform integrity and perform impact analyses.
• Support the Product Community in delivery outcomes.
• Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery evolution.
• Create a collaborative Architecture Community to share innovative ideas and technologies.
• Advocate for frameworks, values, and vision across the organization, representing HBX at tech events.
• Improve current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular-based platforms.
