Position

Supervisor – Brand Manager for Ploom, with the superpowers of a Supervisor.

You’ll manage a team, grow together and achieve specific objectives. You'll dedicate yourself to a key client, a leading tobacco producer with brands like Camel and Winston, with flexibility to structure your work based on your interests and commitments.

What you will do

  • Support a launch project for a new heated tobacco product: Ploom X.
  • Coordinate a team of Ploom Ambassadors, helping them develop potential and grow professionally.
  • Manage activities in your assigned territory to reach and improve sales results.
  • Monitor and evaluate Ploom Ambassador performance.
  • Supervise establishment of specific channels to create engagement opportunities with customers.
  • Oversee continuous team training.
  • Accompany colleagues in the field to share best practices.
  • Identify and interpret data to achieve set objectives.
  • Remain in constant contact with colleagues in Milan and across your territory.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Comfortable managing a work team.
  • Broad knowledge of the referenced territory.
  • Extensive contacts in events or a broad potential network to cultivate and grow locally.
  • Strong attention to detail and KPIs to improve performance.
  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
  • Valid driver license B and own means of transport.
  • Organized and able to take initiative.
