Commercial Growth Specialist (Sales Operations and Strategic Marketing)

A dynamic and forward-thinking group in the sports and gaming sector, heavily focused on technology and data, is seeking a Commercial Growth Specialist. The company's goal is to revolutionize the sports data industry by expanding its products to more sports globally and enhancing its portfolio with cutting-edge betting solutions.

We are looking for a strategic and analytical profile to handle sales operations and strategic marketing. You will work alongside the CEO, the Sales Director, and the Product Owner, focusing on lead generation, sales enablement, pipeline development, strategic marketing, market research, and improving sales processes. Your goal will be to strengthen and scale our commercial capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Management and optimization of CRM workflows
  2. Monitor pipeline, KPIs, and conversion data to improve performance
  3. Create outbound campaigns and organize lead generation initiatives (including automated emails)
  4. Research optimal leads and contact them to convert into clients
  5. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities
  6. Perform competitor analysis alongside the Product Owner
  7. Identify gaps in potential client offers to build a sales narrative
  8. Create sales collateral and tools (slide decks, one-pagers, outreach templates, automated emails, FAQs)
  9. Serve as a link between Sales, Product, and Marketing by providing structured feedback and insights
  10. Align messaging and positioning across product, sales materials, and communications
  11. Implement AI technology to automate, translate, and enhance tasks

Skills Needed

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, strategic marketing, or sales operations
  • Strong analytical and research skills; proficiency in Excel/Sheets and CRM tools
  • Passion, curiosity, and understanding of AI tools
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude — willing to build, test, and iterate
  • Knowledge of the betting industry is a plus; portfolio of potential clients in betting industry is a strong plus
