OPERATORI/TRICI ELETTRICI JUNIOR - SETT. AERONAUTICO

Company Description:

Synergie Italia SpA, a French multinational leader in the Human Resources sector, is seeking for a major client operating in the aerospace sector.

Position:

The selected candidates will join after completing an initial training course of 3 weeks. They will work in a manufacturing environment in the aerospace sector, primarily assembling electrical wiring harnesses using bench tools (screwdrivers, screw guns), performing special and critical processes (crimping and electrical soldering), and verifying the correct assembly of products. Responsibilities also include maintaining tools and documenting activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma or vocational qualification in electrical/electronic/electrotechnical/mechanical fields or equivalent
• Previous experience, even minimal, in production, assembly, or mounting activities
• Good familiarity with main tools and equipment
• Good manual dexterity and practicality

Experience in precise production activities such as assembly in metalworking, plastics, electrical, electronic, jewelry, or watchmaking fields will be considered a plus.

Additional Information:

• Work location: near Vergiate
• Work hours: full-time, day shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, with availability for double shifts (6:00-14:00/14:00-22:00)
• Offer: initial fixed-term contract of three months in temporary employment with a level D1 in metalworking industry (€1,742.03 gross), with the possibility of permanent employment after training and onboarding of 3 weeks.
