Who We Are Looking For

For our Sebago store in Milano, we are seeking experienced Sales Assistants.

The role involves providing excellent customer service and ensuring the store's visual and organizational standards are maintained to encourage sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting customers in their purchases;
• Managing merchandise display and stock replenishment;
• Maintaining store order and cleanliness;
• Managing fitting rooms according to company guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience as a Sales Assistant in retail, especially in fashion and footwear;
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Reliability, dynamism, courtesy, and flexibility in scheduling.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position (30 hours/week) for 3 months.
