Company: Villa della Pergola, Relais & Châteaux – a luxury boutique hotel with 19 rooms spread across multiple historic buildings set in a lush botanical garden. The hotel offers spa, beauty & wellness, infinity pool and various wellness amenities. It is a member of the 580 global Relais & Châteaux network.

Job description: The property is in a period of growth and expansion and seeks a Sales Manager who can actively contribute to commercial development and strengthen market positioning in close collaboration with the General Management.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement commercial and sales plans in alignment with General Management.
  • Analyze target markets, identify new segments, partners and business opportunities (individual, corporate, leisure, events).
  • Develop collaborations with aligned brands, industry operators, travel agencies and high‑end tour operators.
  • Design and execute marketing and brand promotion strategies.
  • Coordinate promotional and commercial communication activities, online and offline, in synergy with the property.
  • Represent Villa de la Pergola and Relais & Châteaux at national and international fairs, workshops and industry events.
  • Support development of experiential campaigns, offers and packages in line with the Maison philosophy.
  • Prepare periodic reports and propose corrective actions and growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in sales/commercial roles, preferably luxury hotel or experiential tourism.
  • In‑depth knowledge of luxury hospitality market dynamics and distribution channels.
  • Excellent relational, negotiation and representation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Good knowledge of CRM, channel management and revenue analysis tools.
  • Proactive, flexible, strategic vision and strong results orientation.
  • Sensitivity to service excellence, authenticity and Relais & Châteaux values.
