Responsibilities

Carefully handle the packaging and gift wrapping of products, ensuring the highest quality standards and full alignment with the brand's image and guidelines. Create elegant and precise gift presentations, maintaining consistency in style, materials, and visual appeal across all packages. Manage packaging materials (boxes, ribbons, tissue paper, bags, labels), ensuring stock availability, order, and proper organization in the workspace. Collaborate closely with the sales and store team to ensure efficient and timely preparation of gifts during peak holiday periods. Guarantee that each packaged product meets the brand's aesthetic and quality standards, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Support replenishment and organization of the packaging area and storage space. Report any issues or shortages of packaging materials to the supervisor or Store Manager. Maintain a clean, safe, and collaborative work environment, in accordance with company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Italian and English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Demonstrated skill in establishing enduring relationships with both client and colleagues
• High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve
• Capability to work a flexible schedule according to business requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
