What will you do as a Mechanical Design Engineer?

As our new Mechanical Design Engineer, you will develop innovative measurement instruments and automated testing benches that will be used from day one by our customers.

As the manufacturing industry is evolving toward the next generation of products, our goal is to deliver advanced and reliable measurement solutions that secure their productions.

This role is all about sparking creativity, driving innovation, and striving for engineering excellence — all while having fun doing it.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components for custom measurement systems and tools
• Collaborate with the sales team during the bidding and proposal phases to define the technical solutions
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to develop best-fit designs for diverse measurement challenges
• Ensure compliance with technical and industry standards throughout the design process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
• Proficiency in both Italian and English (minimum B2 level)
• Good knowledge of technical drawing, dimensioning and representations standards: UNI EN ISO 128, 5456, 8015. Excellent knowledge of geometric and dimensional tolerances according to UNI EN ISO 22768 and 13920 Standards and their use
• Experience with 3D CAD modeling

Nice to have:

• Experience with Inventor CAD software
• Familiarity with CAM software solutions
