ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Associate for our Serravalle store . The Sales Associate will provide excellent and friendly service by assessing customer needs and providing assistance as necessary. The Associate will know how to greet, assess, advise and close the sale with each customer. They will work in partnership with the Store Manager and other Sales Associates to ensure that customer needs are always met. Each of them will be responsible for the safety of the work environment in which shopping is carried out.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer satisfaction

It's about providing excellent service in a welcoming work environment that, above all, gives the customer a positive shopping experience that encourages them to become loyal customers.

You need to consistently demonstrate a genuine desire to help customers.

The person we are looking for will promote customer loyalty using company tools such as mailing lists, loyalty cards, and customer books.

Will provide additional information doing everything possible to satisfy the customer

If a product is not available, it will always propose valid alternatives

Will handle customer complaints in a professional manner and forward them to your manager.

Product knowledge

This requires exceptional product knowledge that reflects the quality of service you intend to provide.

Excellent knowledge of trends and fabrics ( eg , composition, terminology, how to care for the garment, styles etc.)

It is able to maximize the product's potential to generate sales.

Increase in sales

This implies a good knowledge of the business, which will help increase sales.

Is able to provide feedback to the Store Manager on what is selling

It can generate a customer base that will purchase on a regular basis

Knows which products sell best and which sell least, and uses that information to increase overall sales.

PROFILE

Minimum 3 Year Of Experience In Retail

Good knowledge of spoken and written English ( B2 level min )

Working on weekends

Hour flexibility

Start Date: ASAP
