R&D Digital Product Reliability Coordinator
Location: Trescore Balneario (BG), Lombardia.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement activities of digital products within the Business Unit Mobility, with a focus on electric vehicle charging stations.
- Plan and conduct internal SAL in collaboration with Engineering Managers or Technical Leaders, ensuring operational coordination with relevant technology teams.
- Participate actively in external SAL, aligning all involved areas in the management of market notifications, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain continuous interfacing with Validation Test Lab, Technical Assistance, Product Quality, and Business Unit Mobility to monitor bug-fixing, maintenance, and improvement progress.
- Constantly monitor system and product performance, analysing the effectiveness of corrective actions, mitigating recurring anomalies, and proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to the evaluation and optimisation of maintenance processes and field‑reported incidents, both internally and externally within R&D Digital.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electronic, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum three years of experience in e‑mobility or related roles.
- Familiarity with embedded Linux.
- Knowledge of major communication protocols and packet‑analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark).
- Understanding of remote monitoring principles and cloud systems for IoT device management (configurations, roles, logs, etc.).
