Financial Controller

Adecco Italia is recruiting a Financial Controller in the solid realty and Cittadella structure under the rubber/plastic industry sector. The resource will report to the Senior Financial Controller and collaborate on the development, maintenance and strengthening of internal controls, ensuring the quality of financial transactions and reporting, providing data and analysis to support strategic‑financial decisions.

Supports the Senior Financial Controller in administrative processes, budget preparation, and planning and control activities.

Responsibilities

• Manages the administrative accounting process up to the preparation of the annual and monthly general and consolidated financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting rules and regulations.
• Prepares economic‑financial and business reports for management, monitoring alignment with corporate objectives and analysing deviations and improvement areas.
• Forecasts budgets, forecasts and business plans, with detailed analysis of main KPIs.
• Monitors cash flow, debt and company assets, providing technical support for extraordinary financing operations.
• Verifies compliance with fiscal and tax regulations, collaborating with relevant functions for proper duty compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, statistics, business engineering or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially advanced Excel skills.
• Residence or domicile in the territory.

Indicative salary: €30,000 – €40,000.

Working hours: 8:30 – 12:30 / 13:30 – 17:30.
