We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.

The candidate will join the Digital Team, located in Milan.

The Digital E-commerce Buyer will report directly to WW Digital Store Manager contributing to the definition and the execution of a 360° E-Commerce merchandising approach for all the Regions with a close attention to cross-channel (web & app) and market-specific needs.

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the buying process including managing OTB, assortment planning, data reporting and merchandising strategy for the Digital channel.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop an online merchandise strategy in collaboration with Digital, Buying, Merchandising and Brand team on seasonal merchandise themes
  • Define the right assortment and manage the catalogue in order to achieve KPI's respecting the financial OTB and sales plan in alignment with the company's strategy
  • Prepare merchandising and performance reports and ppt presentations on a weekly basis to optimize buying and reorders and measure customer behavior to make data drive decisions
  • Identify and capitalize new product opportunities and categories with a qualitative perspective
  • Prepare buying reports, forecasts and budget updates based on the financial OTB
  • Monitor the online catalogue, ensure stock coverage and replenishment on a daily basis
  • Lead product merchandising rules across the site, including Menu, Homepage, Landing and Listing page, carousel and slider based on inventory, marketing calendar and key launches
  • Monitor the online business to achieve sales targets and assist with implementing best initiatives and identifying opportunities for E-Commerce channel
  • Cooperate in the definition of the commercial calendar launches in collaboration with Digital, Merchandising, Retail and Brand Team
  • Support producer in defining seasonal shot list and monitoring the progress of process in collaboration with Digital, Merchandising and Brand Team
  • Attend product training, proto and sample reviews with Merchandising and Buying Team
  • Coordinate weekly meetings with regional Digital and Merchandising Team
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills to measure, manage, analyze and report on sales and inventory KI's both quantitative and qualitative with strong attention to details
  • Highly organized, ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledgeable on markets, competitors, industry and trends
  • Result-oriented and self-motivated with a strong sense of priority
  • Open-minded, curious, pro-active, determined and problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with all level's colleagues from different teams and Regions
  • Agile and flexible with regards to changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
