Responsabilities

Your Responsibilities :

  • Represent Candriam at major industry events to enhance visibility and build new relationships.
  • Organize meetings with Financial Advisors and Private Bankers to promote Candriam’s solutions and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Map and expand networks through proactive outreach, including cold calling, local corporate retail events, and client meetings.
  • Identify key opinion leaders within the market to develop new business opportunities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests via email or phone.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Portfolio Management team to stay informed about Candriam’s investment strategies and market insights.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update sales presentations and related materials.

Profile

  • Experience : 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales or client relationship management within the Italian financial distribution networks (Private Banks, Financial Advisors, or Retail Networks).
  • Market knowledge : Strong understanding of the Italian asset management and distribution landscape, with existing relationships considered a strong advantage.
  • Sales skills : Demonstrated ability to develop business opportunities, grow distribution channels, and maintain long-term client partnerships.
  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Languages : Fluency in Italian and English is required.
  • Mindset : Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage frequent travel across Italy.
  • Education : University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
