Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role based in Mestre, with flexibility for some work‑from‑home arrangements. As a Junior IT Developer, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of software tools, programming new features, managing and troubleshooting databases, and ensuring a secure IT infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with teams focused on the HVAC&R industry, contributing to the advancement of energy‑efficient and cost‑effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Information Technology principles and basic understanding of Cybersecurity practices
  • Knowledge of Software Development, including programming languages and frameworks
  • Experience with Databases, including setup, maintenance, and optimization
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with HVAC&R systems and industry standards is a plus
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a hybrid professional environment
