We are currently reinforcing our Danieli Procurement Team.

Responsability

The Expediter shall inspect and check documentation, material and product quality ensuring the delivery in time and in quality in accordance with the terms of purchase order:

• check of the Supplier's General Manufacturing Program.
• contact with suppliers to check the progress of orders (both in terms of quality and time limits);
• Macro-Planning of the visits at the Suppliers' and subsequent refinement after the order launch Check of manufacturing programs and support for resolution of anomalies.
• collection and analysis of information regarding the Supplier and affecting time and quality of supply;
• Verify that the supplier's quality is matching with the quality requirements requested by the technical specifications and contract
• monitoring process execution in coordination with quality assurance and/or external advisors;
• coordination with Technical Office, for modifications of the existing processes while the work is in progress;
• check of the purchase job orders' progress program;
• check of product quality by direct inspections;
• management of contingencies in the Supplier's manufacturing process.

Technical Requirements

• technical school diploma or master's degree in Engineering;
• knowledge of both written and spoken English;
• NDT licenses (superficial and volumetric);
• Direct experience in the world of welding (knowledge of the main welding processes, qualification of welders/operators and management/coordination procedures); possession of the Welding Engineer or Welding Technician certification will be a preferential qualification
• experience on complete and complex equipment (Pressurized equipment, Furnaces, Heaters, Heat Exchangers and Recovery systems and Mechanical parts).
