This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Responsibilities

• End-to-end planning of inventory, including Sales in Excess of invoicing from purchase requisition to customer invoice.
• Support internal customer service inquiries on a daily basis.
• Define inventory parameters and targets and ensure adequate replenishment of inventory through purchase orders.
• Define inventory policies based on specified segmentation.
• Calculate and maintain inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time, and replenishment strategies, in planning systems and ERPs.
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services.
• Collaborate with buyers to achieve supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, Minimum Order Quantity, quality, lead time, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• Commitment to delivering results by taking responsibility to execute assigned tasks and projects.
• Enhanced knowledge of classic ERP software, Power BI, and Office 365.
• Passion for bringing in value-added ideas and continuously innovating daily job and solutions.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Fluent communication in Italian and English.
