AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Business Analytics
  • Translate basic business problem statements into analysis requirements.
  • Communicate analysis findings and propose changes to business stakeholders.
• Business Intelligence
  • Develop audit and compliance mechanisms to ensure data integrity.
  • Write efficient queries and produce ready‑to‑analyze data.
  • Build visualizations, dashboards, and reports for APAC and global reporting on scope, budget, schedule, resources, quality, and risk.
• Operational Excellence
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose actions, measure success and iterate.
  • Create SOPs to reduce effort on repeating data entries and eliminate blockers.
  • Develop KPI dashboards and report key value drivers.
  • Collaborate with APAC, AMER, and EMEA counterparts for global alignment.
• Plan and execute commissioning projects with a focus on safety, quality, time, and cost, delivering high‑quality builds consistently.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• Intermediate level SQL knowledge (queries, sub‑queries, aggregation, data modification).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA, data linking).
• Excellent written and verbal communication of complex business concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, statistics, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience in a highly analytical, results‑oriented environment with cross‑functional interactions.
• Experience developing tools, reports, process maps, scorecards, and visualizations that improve business decision‑making.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced, high‑tech setting.
• Proven business acumen, ownership of problems, and ability to navigate ambiguity to achieve operational excellence.
