PRODUCT MARKETING MANAGER

Eurosearch Consultants, on behalf of a leading company in the field of medical diagnostics , is searching for a :

Responsibilities

Product portfolio expansion :
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product innovation or expansion
  • Collaborate with R&D to translate market requirements into product specifications and development plans
  • Oversee the lifecycle of existing products, proposing updates, enhancements, or discontinuation when necessary
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging

Key Account Management support

  • Contribute to selling process (pipeline of opportunities)
  • Create and manage programs to generate demand
  • Define market price corridors
  • Communicate the proposition to Sales (i.e. why customers should buy)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience with laboratory instruments (e.g., analyzers, pipettes, centrifuges, automation platforms)
  • Knowledge of product validation and certification processes

Requirements

  • Scientific, Technical or Marketing Degree
  • 5 years experience in international B2B product marketing in the medical device or laboratory equipment industry
  • Solid understanding of relevant medical regulations and standards (e.g., MDR, FDA, ISO 13485, IVDR if applicable)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical skills and proven ability to manage complex projects across functions
  • Experience in market research and analysis
  • Expertise in creating compelling product messaging
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel on business (availability for one week abroad every two months is required)

Place of work

Milan + 1–2 days of remote work per week
