• Knowledge of management dynamics in hospitality
• Experience in hospitality software projects, onboarding, training, and deployment
• Knowledge of Revenue Management (plus)
• Interpersonal skills, flexibility, problem-solving orientation
• Good command of English
• Willingness to travel nationwide
