We are looking for an experienced Test Manager with a strong passion for ensuring the highest quality in software development, and for continuously learning new testing techniques and business processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to lead the testing team in building high‑quality, innovative, and fully functional software. The role involves ensuring that the software complies with coding standards and technical design requirements, while overseeing the entire testing process to guarantee its effectiveness and efficiency.

The Test Manager will collaborate with international stakeholders to define and align quality standards, harmonize testing practices across countries, and support consistent QA execution and continuous improvement at a global level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for the company's products, with a special focus on ERP solutions, both desktop and web-based.
  • Manage and lead a team of software testers, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely delivery of testing activities.
  • Mentor QA team members, identify training needs, and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of quality assurance, including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
  • Collaborate with development teams and product management to understand requirements, ensure test coverage, and identify and resolve defects throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Develop and oversee the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases, test scripts, and test data, ensuring thorough coverage of functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Act as the key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources.
  • Monitor and report on testing progress, milestones, and defect resolution, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assess the quality of products and services to identify and mitigate risks related to software quality, ensuring a smooth and efficient testing process.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders to define, align, and maintain common quality standards and testing methodologies across countries.
  • Ensure local testing practices comply with global governance guidelines, supporting harmonization of processes, tools, KPIs, and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross‑country communication, promoting best practices sharing and consistent QA execution across regions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the governance structure, including test process optimization, tool alignment, and definition of global QA roadmaps.
  • Collaboration with Security team aimed to finalize security assessments and penetration tests.

Qualifications and Experience

Required

  • Software Testing in an agile process
  • DevOps Continuous Integration and Deployment
  • Agile methodology (SCRUM)
  • Delivery of developed enterprise software
  • Microsoft .Net C# and web API development
  • MS Windows Server
  • MS SQL Server
  • Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Fluency in English (oral and written – Proficient level)
  • Multicultural and international work collaboration
  • Communication skills (verbal and written)

Preferred

  • Working in offshore mode with remote team members
  • Unit testing
  • Coded-UI tests
  • QA Automation: Selenium or Appium (with WinDriver)
  • Reference for Coded-UI tests
  • load & stress tests
