What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting AI‑Enhanced Workflows: Combining diverse AI technologies, crafting prompts, and iterating on workflows using input from subject matter specialists and end users.
• Constructing Context Packs and Second Brains: Applying LLMs as subject‑area authorities to create and sustain documents that capture specialized knowledge and distinctive organizational intelligence.
• Architecting and deploying data structures that deliver contextual infrastructure for business logic, guaranteeing scalable and efficient data frameworks.

Artificial Intelligence Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Support LearnWith.AI in distinguishing itself from competitors by producing personalized and engaging educational content through AI technologies.

Basic Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience embedding LLMs into software products (chatbot development or basic coding assistant usage does not qualify).
• Documented interest in the EdTech sector.

Working with us

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
