We are seeking SaaS sellers who are hungry and capable of rapidly scaling CAST's business with our SaaS offerings, targeting CXOs to support decision-making, provide objectivity, and deliver better management insights.
Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site sales role preferably located in Milan.
This strategic role offers significant CXO visibility within CAST.
An attractive package includes base salary, variable components, bonuses, uncapped accelerators, and possibly equity.
Responsibilities :
- Selling directly to customers and/or through existing partners (management consulting firms such as BCG and Big 4), focusing on transaction services, digital transformation, ESG offerings, specialized GSI networks, and global hyperscalers. The role involves addressing relevant CXO/Board-level strategic initiatives such as application modernization and cloud migration.
- Providing management insights about custom software systems to CXOs, VPs of Enterprise Architecture, and VPs of Application Development Management.
- Hunting for new streams of recurring revenue (ARR) through new logos and expansion of existing logos via CAST SaaS subscriptions.
Qualifications :
- Type A personality with strong execution skills.
- 10+ years of experience in selling software, SaaS, or technology solutions in B2B consultative environments.
- Experience working with and partnering with Tier 1 management consulting firms, Big 4, specialized advisories, GSIs, and hyperscalers.
- Understanding of cloud migration, modernization, transformation, and application modernization.
- Well-established network and understanding of the local market.
- Excellent communication, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at senior partner, consultant, and C-level to grow the business rapidly.
