As a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will independently manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across key accounts. You will work with both micro and macro influencers and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure results-driven, trend-setting campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer scouting and negotiation processes tailored to client objectives.
  • Manage influencer relations, from briefings to deliverable reviews and timelines.
  • Create and present detailed campaign strategies and performance recaps to clients.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs, working closely with data teams to optimize outcomes.
  • Stay on top of industry shifts, creator trends, and platform updates, especially within beauty, fashion, and lifestyle sectors.
  • Work alongside creative and strategy teams to align influencer content with brand messaging.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to their training and development.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or content partnerships, ideally in an agency.
  • Proven track record of campaign execution and influencer negotiation.
  • Passionate about social media culture, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Fluent in English.
