Release Manager

RED GLOBAL–AWS RELEASE MANAGER-ITALY-MILAN-DEC START-12MONTHS+

RED Global, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for AWS Release Manager to take part of new projects delivering to finance / insurance sector.

Role Details

• Role: AWS Release Manager
• Start: Dec 2025
• Duration: 12 months + possible extension
• Location: Italy, Milan – 2 days per week onsite
• Capacity: Full time – 5 days per week
• Language needed: Italian (C1)

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and optimize the CI / CD pipeline with Git and CodeBuild.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute application releases in production, UAT, and DEV environments.
• Manage application containerization using Docker and Helm.
• Oversee the deployment and management of Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
• Configure and manage Docker repositories with JFrog and AWS ECR.
• Ensure compliance with security standards using SonarQube, QualityGate, and OWASP.
• Automate application provisioning and deployment with Helm.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues with PODs and application services.
• Collaborate with the development and infrastructure team to improve software quality and security.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Docker and Helm.
• Experience with Kubernetes and POD management.
• Experience with AWS (ECR, Secret Manager, CodeBuild, EKS).
• Proficiency in Git and CI / CD workflows.
• Experience with SonarQube, QualityGate, and OWASP security methodologies.
• Knowledge of JFrog Artifactory for managing Docker images.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot cloud-native environments.
