Role Overview

As a Team Leader for the Ploom brand, you will manage a dedicated team, focus on a single client, and coordinate a new product launch in the heated tobacco category.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support a team of Ploom Ambassadors, fostering their professional growth.
• Manage sales activities within a defined territory to achieve and improve sales results.
• Monitor and evaluate performance of team members.
• Develop sales opportunities and engage with customers.
• Oversee continuous training of the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices.
• Analyze data and information to meet set objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Comfortable leading a team.
• Strong knowledge of the target territory.
• Extensive network in events or a strong potential to grow it.
• Attention to detail and KPIs for performance improvement.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Valid driving licence (B) and access to reliable transport.
• Organized and proactive.
