About the Role

Are you ready to combine work with sunshine, travel, and a global career experience?

We’re looking for Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading international hospitality project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email.
• Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs.
• Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience.
• Represent a well‑known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications & Requirements

• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
• Positive, customer‑focused, and eager to learn.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality/sales preferred.
• Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal.

What We Offer

• Company accommodation: €1,050 gross per month.
• No accommodation: €1,305 gross per month.

Schedule

Full time: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts.

40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1 hour break).
