We Are Looking For Two Professional Profiles

• Senior Project Manager, responsible for the project in all its phases: planning and organization, monitoring and closing.
• Junior Project Manager, working alongside the senior profiles will be responsible for contributing to the progress of all phases of the project.
  
  

Main Activities And Responsibilities

• Analyze and define the project: initial contact with the client, defining the target audience, analyzing the questionnaire, sharing information with the team.
• Plan activities: forecasting time, costs and organizing the necessary resources.
• Coordinate activities among the resources involved.
• Monitor the progress of the project (time, costs and activities of the resources involved).
• Identify any critical issues and subsequent corrective decisions.
• Produce any reporting/ interim if requested by the client.
• Close the project with data delivery to the client.
• Give invoice-related guidance to the Finance Department.
• Analyze the total cost.
• Manage contact with the client and all their requests during the entire project cycle and after (during setup, field and delivery phase).
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Knowledge of English and a second foreign language.
• Excellent knowledge of excel.
• Ability to Problem Solving & Decision Making.
• Ability to create motivation in the project team.
