PM Senior Aesthetic

The PM Senior Aesthetic position for Mastelli plays a pivotal role in the definition of the strategic intents and orientation of Mastelli Aesthetic division. The role leads for the implementation and communication of the marketing strategies for foreign markets/countries.

The PM Senior Aesthetic ensures the effective implementation and roll‑out of the Marketing programmes into all regions where the Aesthetic division intends to expand and grow. This role participates in business reviews and leadership team meetings especially within the aesthetic business unit.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing marketing initiatives for our existing aesthetics product portfolio as well as launching and integrating new products and product line extensions. Responsible for executing marketing programs effectively across all regions and spearheading new initiatives to accelerate growth and elevate brand presence.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and maintenance of product collateral, including brochures, fact sheets, flyers, price sheets, order forms, and more. Partner with Sales, Medical, and Regulatory teams to craft powerful marketing plans that drive results, including promotions, incentives, advertising, social media, and product launches;
  • Develop in‑depth knowledge of products within the assigned portfolio and serve as an information resource internally and with partners;
  • Participate in assigned brand projects, optimizing cross‑functional expertise;
  • Own day‑to‑day tracking of brand budgets and expenditures;
  • Partner with finance to ensure accuracy of accruals and forecasts;
  • Support purchase order and invoice management processes.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry preferred);
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Experience with budget tracking systems or marketing operations platforms;
  • Comfortable navigating cross‑functional environments and field collaboration;
  • Fluent in Business English;
  • Successful track record in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines;
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Compliance Principles is a plus.
