Production Administration Specialist – Buccellati

Responsible for executing the administrative tasks of the workshop or line.

Responsibilities

  • Design and construct the organization’s cybersecurity systems and infrastructure, ensuring robust protection against threats.
  • Implement advanced security measures, such as firewalls and message encryption, providing expert input on their design and continuously monitoring performance to promptly notify security experts of any issues.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive disaster recovery and contingency plans to safeguard company data.
  • Conduct thorough research to gain a deep understanding of external developments and emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact and usefulness to the organization.
  • Analyze key themes and trends using primary data sources and business intelligence tools, selecting relevant information for detailed analysis.
  • Draft and refine policies, procedures, and guidelines within the cybersecurity domain to ensure compliance with external requirements and adherence to key principles.
  • Collect and articulate business requirements through various methods, including interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, ensuring clarity and precision.
  • Provide fault isolation and resolution to address issues swiftly and effectively, minimizing disruption.
  • Recommend and discuss technical advancements to enhance the quality of the website, portal, applications software, and supporting infrastructure, aligning with user needs.
  • Identify and report instances of noncompliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory codes within the team, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Offer insights and feedback during the approval process for database specifications, ensuring adherence to standards and protocols to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop personal capabilities through participation in assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and coaching.
  • Pursue and maintain relevant external professional accreditation to enhance performance and achieve personal potential.
  • Stay informed about relevant technology, external regulations, and industry best practices through continuous education, conference attendance, and specialist media engagement.

Qualifications

  • General Education: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
  • General Experience: Adequate experience to handle most situations independently and provide guidance to others.
  • Managerial Experience: Experience in supervising junior colleagues.
  • Post-Secondary Non-Tertiary Education: Sound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems.
