Operation Agent, Road - Expeditors Milano (Candidates Must Be Eligible to Work in Eu)

Responsibilities

• Role: GNS Agent
• Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace files and reporting
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing
• Ensure delivery of freight and timely clearance when applicable
• Interact with customers in arranging their shipments to meet customers service standards
• Work with other departments (Ocean Air) to manage and integrate goods into the network using ground services

Qualifications

• 1-2 yearsrelated experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
• Pro-active strong organizational skills
• Good computer skills (Excel Word)
• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory)
