We are currently looking for a Junior Executive Assistant to support our Senior Executive Assistant . The selected candidate will play an active role in managing the daily agenda and activities of one of the members of the Executive Committee , helping ensure efficient organization and smooth operations.

What You’ll Do

• Managing the schedule and priorities of a Senior Leader
• Organize and maintain calendars : plan internal and external meetings, calls, and events
• Assist the Senior Executive Assistant coordinating national and international travel arrangements, including logistics, bookings, and documentation
• Serve as a point of contact across departments to ensure seamless communication
• Support the preparation of documents and meeting materials, always maintaining the highest level of discretion
• Help manage day-to-day organizational needs and contribute to the efficiency of internal operations

Who We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate eager to begin their career in a corporate and luxury environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and collaborative attitude
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and handle confidential information with integrity
• Genuine interest in the luxury and beauty industries, and motivation to grow within a structured and evolving company with a start-up mindset.
