Responsibilities

• EAF/LF cold testing, commissioning, start‑up and performance testing.
• Customer follow‑up: training, SOP development and process parameter tuning.
• Define technical choices to achieve project quality/cost objectives.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of plant and equipment.
• Prepare process specifications and sizing of system components.
• Manage process documentation; revise and comment offers and supplier documents.
• Champion process innovation by exploring new technologies and existing applications.
• Maintain, review and improve industry standards, systems, procedures and best practices.
• Provide process engineering input to marketing and proposals to support Business Development strategies.
• Provide process information, basic design calculations and process‑engineering input.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in the steel industry.
• Process metallurgy knowledge.
• Excellent communication with customers ranging from plant operators to general managers.
• Organize and manage site activities.
• Understand piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Knowledge of engineering calculation techniques.
• Proficiency in simulation software and other methodologies.
• Team‑working willingness.
• Proficient English language.
• Willingness to travel short/medium periods.
